Return Policy
At First Day Heirlooms our priority is your satisfaction. If an item is defective you may returned it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund, or exchange. Prior to a refund or exchange of the item you must call for return goods authorization (RGA). We will not accept any returns without an RGA. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way (intentional or unintentional) cannot be accepted for return.
If a product is not defective we do not provide a return in that we cannot resell products that are customized by our customers. Further, if a pre-made product is not defective, we do not provide a return as we cannot resell products that have been shipped and opened due to potential damage of the products.
Returning Your Order
- Before you ship your return, please contact us at (509) 724-6132 or email to info@firstdayheirlooms.com.
- Please include the following order information: Full name, address, order number, date of purchase, type of item purchased and problem with product.
- You must call for return goods authorization (RGA) number PRIOR to returning any items purchased through us. We will not accept any returns without an RGA.
- The RGA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Note: If products are returned without following the above procedures such products will be reshipped to the buyer at their expense
