Return Policy
At First Day Heirlooms our priority is your satisfaction. If an item is defective you may returned it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund, or exchange. Prior to a refund or exchange the item you must call for return goods authorization (RGA). We will not accept any returns without an RGA. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way (intentional or unintentional) cannot be accepted for return.
If a product is not defective we do not provide a return in that we cannot sell products as new if they are personalized or have been taken out of their box.
Returning Your Order
- Before you ship your return, please contact us at 1-877-325-3099 or email to info@firstdayheirlooms.com.
- Please include the following order information: Full name, address, order number, date of purchase, type of jewelry purchased and problem with order.
- You must call for return goods authorization (RGA) number PRIOR to returning any items purchased through us. We will not accept any returns without an RGA.
- The RGA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
